Enjoy a room in a two-floor apartment in the best place in town! (our street its considered one of the most cool street in the world).
2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom + 1 toilet. Fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful garden with a grill, plants and trees.
High speed wifi, smart TV with Netflix.
The apartment has heated floors.
The place is very big and ideal to work, sleep or just relax.
We also have a washing/dryer machine, etc. and everything for a perfect stay.
cleaning included once per week.
We enjoy a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere with no rigid rules—friends are always welcome to drop by and enjoy the shared spaces with us!
