Furnished bedroom available for rent in a three-bedroom house in Villa Crespo. The other bedroom is occupied by the lease holder, a gay man from New York City who now lives in Buenos Aires. The middle bedroom is vacant and used only for guests. They are on the second floor, which also has a large bathroom with a shower and bathtub and bidet. In addition to the queen-size bed, the bedroom has a French door that opens out to a nice balcony and lots of closet space.
The house is on Juan Ramirez de Velasco, near Thames, and a short walk from fascinating places like Mercat Villa Crespo (the Asian-food mall), Megatlon Ville Crespo and other gyms, many cool coffee shops, and the Chacarita park. There's great bus service nearby on Corrientes and Juan B. Justo and the subway B line. The home has a large living room with a large-screen TV and subscriptions to all major services. It also has a large, fully equipped kitchen and dining room (which can be used to work from on your laptop). The roof is a large patio with an asado grill. There is a washing machine available also. And someone comes to clean each week.
You will share the home with someone who is a writer and media consultant who spends much of his time working from nearby coffee shops. He prefers a male housemate with no age limitations.
