Recientemente remodelado en su interior, con detalles de categoria y buen gusto por sus propios dueños.Pero conservando el estilo.
Todos sus dormitorios en suite algunos con balcones exteriores.
Ubicado estrategicamente en pleno centro de la ciudad a metros del Congreso Nacional, subte A y multiples medios de transporte.
Cercania con el Barrio de San Telmo, Recoleta, Avenida de Mayo y Microcentro.
Hoy disponemos de un MONO/ESTUDIO por 525 mil pesos o su equivalente a 350 USA (solo individual)

Gorgeous Petit-Hotel constructed in 1895. Was the library of the honorable Dr. Favaloro.
The interior of the building was recently remodelled with details of category and good taste, but keeping the antique style.
All bedrooms are in suite, with outdoor balcony.
Located strategically in the center of Buenos Aires, just a few meters of the Congreso Nacional (National Congress), line A of Subway and other public transport, close to the neighborhoods of San Telmo, Recoleta, Microcentro and the Avenida de Mayo (mayo avenue).
Today we have a double bedroom with private bathroom, a large closet, outdoor balcony with a garden table and chairs, air conditioner hot/cold, plasma TV, cable and an excellent mattress with bed linen and towels.
The kitchen is fully equiped with oven, microwave, dishes, toaster and coffee machine.
Large and comfortable dining room - living room.
The house has free WI-Fi and an optative service of laundry and room cleaning service at the expense of the guest.
European, cordial, quiet, clean.
We will need a study certificate and/or work and passport.
