Hi Everyone!
I own a Duplex in Palermo (no intermediaries)
I will have my room free since 18 April 2024, as I will go abroad on my Tango Teaching Tour. Minimum rental until August 2024 included.
This Room includes: HD TV, cable, 500MB WiFi, heater, air conditioner, an excellent spring box mattress and most important, natural sunlight all day (also blackout curtains) It has it's own dressing room and private bathroom with bathtub.
Has its own large balcony terrace with garden furniture, aromatic plants, hammocks and view to the River and Palermo Forest: ideal to study, relax or have meetings with friends! You can have visits, it will be your home. Excellent option for a couple!!!.
Price usd 380 per month per person or usd 480 for a couple (all services and taxes are included)
Located in a strategic place: several buses, subway, train station, bicycle paths, shoppings, banks, green areas and parks, private Clinics, supermarkets, Palermo Forest, Soho & Hollywood. The area is safe. 3 blocks away there is a police station, thus there are always police in the streets. In addition the restaurants and rotiserías below are 24 hrs open, so there is always light and people.
We share the other common spaces and facilities as: kitchen, microwave, washing machine, several kitchen appliances, living room, balconies (there are 3), etc.
This room for renting is located downstairs.
Upstairs live a couple from France in 1 room and a Colombian girl in other room. These rooms have their bathroom.
The house has good energy and friendly environment.
I´m an open minded person and particulary interested in knowing other cultures. I speak 4 languages and give, for a long time, Tango Lessons.
Rent includes all services and taxes🙂
There is a Barbecue grill for Asados 🙂 as well
