NO ES CASA DE FAMILIA. NO ES HOSTEL - ES UN DEPTO PARA ESTUDIANTES.
La habitación es pequeña pero tiene lo necesario para vivir bien: 1 cama single, 1 cómoda, guardarropa, mesa para ordenador y una amplia ventana que da muy buena luz natural y ventilación.
Hay Internet 300MG Flow - Wi Fi en todas las salas.
Cocina equipada para 4 personas. Baño completo. Lavarropas. En la sala comedor hay Tv cable Flow.
Servicio de limpieza 1 vez por semana y ropa blanca.
Muy cerca de la UADE (1 cuadra), UK (Universidad Kennedy), UCINE (Universidad del cine), UAI (Universidad Abierta Interamericana), UBA Ingeniería y Ciencias Sociales, UCA (Universidad Católica), ISALUD, entre otras.
El depto se encuentra sobre la Av 9 de Julio a solo 1 cuadra de la estación Independencia del subte línea C. Hay variedad de transporte público para llegar a cualquier lugar de la ciudad. Caminando llegas en 10' a Plaza de Mayo o el Obelisco.
No se aceptan parejas. En el depto hay 4 habitaciones individuales y solo pueden vivir 4 personas.
No se aceptan mascotas.
Requisitos: SER ESTUDIANTE EXTRANJERO (edad de 18 a 35). Que respete los horarios de descanso y cuide el lugar. Pago por mes adelantado + Deposito AR$250.000 que se reintegra al finalizar la estadía.
