Hola!!
El dpto tiene 3 habitaciones disponibles actualmente.
La habitación cuenta con escritorio, placard, mesa de luz, cama doble con sommier, tanto para una persona, como para una pareja.
El Tamaño de la habitación es grande, casi 20 metros cuadrados, con techos altos.
Incluye ropa de cama, sábanas y toallas y almohadas.
Una de las habitaciones tiene BALCON, es SUPER LUMINOSA 🌺💜🌈🌸
La otra habitación no tiene balcón.
La zona es muy buena ya que está ubicada en una zona excelente para vivir cómodamente, cerca de restaurantes, bares, supermercados. También algo muy importante, hay muchos medios de transporte, subte y varias líneas de buses para trasladarse a todas partes de la ciudad.

I´m offering private room, it has double bed and balcony!
The apartment has 3 rooms,
it has sheets.
The apartment is full equipe, the kitchen has all you need to cook ;) jejejeje!
The zone is great to be able to walk to both the heart of San Telmo and to Plaza de Mayo within 10 minutes. The flat is very centrally located with two subte stations (Belgrano and Independencia) only a few blocks away and a number of bus stops, allowing easy access to other parts of the city.
I am very happy living in the apartment; it is spacious and has everything you could need.
If you want, we can meet and I can show to you the apartment and room ;)
