Esta disponible un habitacion individual muy amplia y linda con balcon, amoblada con sommier de dos plazas, escritorio, ropero, ventilador de techo, calefaccion y buena coneccion a internet.
La casa tiene siete habitaciones que se alquilan individuales, dos baños, cocina y comedor. Es muy amplia y comoda para siete personas para que puedan vivir y eestudiar en un lugar tranquilo y ordenado.
Actualmente viven en la casa seis personas de francia, chile y brasil, todos estudiantes.
La busqueda esta orientada a una persona tranquila, ordenada, que sepa convivir en un ambiente tranquilo y respetuoso, que sea ordenada y limpia esppecialemtne en los espacios comunes.
La casa esta ubicada a dos cuadras de la estacion Facultad de Medicina de la linea D de subtess y a dos cuadras de la estacion Pasteru de la Linea B. cerca de muchas lineas de colectivo que pasan por Av. Cordoba y Av. Corrientes.
El precio del alquiler es de $480.000 mensuales con todo los servicios incluidos.

There is a very spacious and beautiful room available, with wooden floors, high ceilingsand balcony in an old recycled house. The room is decorated and equipped with a double bed sommier, desk, chair and wardrobe.
The house is very large and comfortable, it has 180 m2, two bathrooms, kitchen and dining room. There is a good internet connection throughout the house, heating and cleaning service.
There are seven individual rooms and it is a good place for those looking for a quiet, pleasant, clean and tidy space to live. Six people from Chile, Brazil and France are currently living in the house.
The search is aimed at a person, calm, with good energy, who is respectful of the rules of coexistence, who is orderly and clean especially in common areas and who does not smoke.
It's not a hostel! It is a spacious apartment, where each person has their own individual room where to live in a quiet and friendly enviroment.
The house is located in a very comfortable area, two blocks from the "Facultad de Medicina" station (subway line D) and two blocks from the "Pasteur" station (line B), and close to numerous bus lines that pass through av. Córdoba and along Av. Corrientes. A few blocks from Recoleta and close to several universities
The price is US$350 with all services included, and no deposit is required.
