La residencia de Microcentro es un antiguo Hotel de 49 habitaciones individuales y dobles con baño privado. Cocinas y livings compartidos.
Habitaciones privadas con baño incluido y cocinas compartidas en el corazon de la ciudad. Conectado con todos los medios de transporte principales.
Pte. Peron y Libertad, centro.
Servicios: Mantenimiento general de la habitación , wifi, limpieza de areas publicas, calefaccion central, aire acondicionado y alquiler de frigobar. No hay lavadero.
Nuestros requisitos excluyentes y reglamento:
- Edad 18-35
- Constancia de alumno universitario/terciario
- DNI o pasaporte vigente
- Mes adelantado
- Depósito: $50.000 Por habitación. El depósito es reembolsable si la habitación se entrega en las mismas condiciones que se recibió.
- Matrícula: $50.000 Por persona. La matrícula no es reembolsable y se abona por única vez.
- Medios de pago: Efectivo
- Los aumentos trimestrales y se comunican con un mes de anticipación para los casos de no querer continuar con el alquiler.
- No están permitidas las fiestas / previas / reuniones grandes.
- No esta permitido fumar dentro del edificio, lugares cerrados y habitaciones.
- Visitas: Están permitidas las visitas solo de forma diaria. No pueden quedarse a dormir.
- No esta permitido utilizar la habitación con fines comerciales.
- No están permitidas las mascotas de ningún tipo.
- No alquilamos a familias ni a menores de edad. La residencia es solo para estudiantes.
- La puerta principal debe estar siempre cerrada con llave.
- No esta permitido utilizar los espacios comunes fuera de horario o por la noche madrugada.
- No esta permitido volúmenes fuertes o altos de equipos de música personales.
- No esta permitido enchufar anafes, cocinas eléctricas y otros electrodomésticos (consultar cuales) en la habitación.
- Infringir esta norma es motivo de expulsión.

The Microcentro residence is an old hotel with 49 single and double rooms with private bathroom. Shared kitchens and living rooms.
Private rooms with bathroom included and shared kitchens in the heart of the city. Connected to all major means of transportation.

Services: General maintenance of the room, wifi, cleaning of public areas, central heating, air conditioning and minibar rental. There is no laundry room.
Our exclusive requirements and regulations:
- Age 18-35
- Proof of university/tertiary student
- Valid ID or passport
- Month in advance
- Deposit: $50,000 Per room. The deposit is refundable if the room is delivered in the same condition as it was received.
- Tuition: $50,000 Per person. Registration is non-refundable and is paid only once.
- Payment methods: Cash
- Quarterly increases are communicated one month in advance in cases of not wanting to continue with the rental.
- Parties / previews / large gatherings are not allowed.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the building, closed places and rooms.
- Visits: Visits are allowed only on a daily basis. They can't stay over.
- It is not allowed to use the room for commercial purposes.
- Pets of any kind are not allowed.
- We do not rent to families or minors. The residence is for students only.
- The main door must always be locked.
- It is not permitted to use common spaces after hours or at night.
- Strong or high volumes of personal music equipment are not allowed.
- It is not allowed to plug in stoves, electric stoves and other appliances (check which ones) in the room.
- Violating this rule is grounds for expulsion.
